A new Greenwich Village hot spot, Ardyn serves fresh, farm-to-table cuisine. You can make the most of your time via the six-course tasting menu at the chef’s counter, although you can also order a la carte or just stick to high-end bar snacks. The team has been incredibly intentional about the menu, using locally-sourced, seasonal ingredients and creative pairings that will make securing a reservation a little tough. Might be smart to try for an early seating to beat the crowd.
8th Street Winecellar—what a steal. This wine bar is a great little spot to grab a few glasses of wine (or split a bottle or two, if it’s that kind of night). The happy hour sitch at 8th Street is unbeatable: $18 Bottles of wine every day, with $6 wine by the glass, from 4-7pmas well. Cheers to that!
33 West 8th Street, Manhattan
idk tip: Splitting a few dishes might be the way to go here—we suggest the white asparagus with Ibérico ham and risotto with morels and arugula.

idk tip: Come for the wine, stay for the $1 oysters (aphrodisiac alert)!
