Who knew NoMad was home to a two-story Belgian brewery and restaurant? Well, if you didn’t, this experience is going to be entertaining as well as educating. Belgian Beer Cafè seeks to indulge their customers in the knowledge behind their order. Let your server guide you through the menu as you explain your likes and dislikes, creating a unique taste profile. Once that’s determined, your authentic Belgian beer will be served in the proper glassware and at the proper temperature. And don’t worry if your date is more into wine, as they have an extensive list catered to just that.
Once you’ve taken your beer knowledge up a notch, it’s time to switch gears as you journey from Belgium to Italy in the form of Eataly’s newest dining concept: Il Pastaio di Eataly. This new fresh pasta bar located on the store’s first floor is serving up quick, house-made fresh pasta dishes designed to leave you both full and satisfied. The seasonal menu features dishes highlighting housemade pasta from the North to the South, like the agnolotti del plin from Piemonte with veal and sugo, and the malloreddus from Sardegna with sausage ragu. Bon appetít.
