PLAN DATE: SUN / MAR. 25
Pop over to Flatiron Lounge for carefully crafted cocktails and the occasional live jazz show. Dance to the best music of the ‘20s, ‘30s and ‘40s surrounded by beautiful vintage decor and channel an era of years past with a drink at the bar, which was apparently purchased from a venue Sinatra used to frequent.
Then, swing on over to Eataly. There’s much to love about this massive grocery store-and-restaurant combo dominating 23rd Street in Manhattan. Here, you’ll have lots of dining options including Riso e Risotto, La Pizza & La Pasta, Il Pesce and La Piazza, all of which are first come, first serve, or book a reso at the venue’s more intimate spots like Manzo, which is focused on fresh meat and vermouth, or Baita, with its focus on house-brewed beer. No matter which you choose, the one constant here is great food and drink.
