PLAN DATE: WEDS / SEP. 19
This NoMad date night plan is inspired by a couple we love. Danielle and Louis shared their story a few months back, and we’ve been enamored ever since. Tonight, we’re doing date night their way starting at Hillstone. An upscale spot serving American classics with sparkling service, this place is perfect for treating yourselves. Danielle spent years working there, and it’s also where they had their first proper date. Louis will order his single sushi roll and sit patiently while Danielle devours her favorite burger.
Post-dinner, walk over to the Jazz Standard, one of New York’s largest jazz clubs, featuring both new and established musicians. Keep an eye on their calendar here to plan your visit. If you happen to get hungry while you’re there (Louis), they also serve BBQ from Danny Meyer.

idk tip: The vegetable small plates are amazing—you can build your own plate and pick four out of what seems like hundreds of options ranging from braised red cabbage to Peruvian-style corn.

idk tip: If there is no music listed on the calendar, that just means they haven’t confirmed the booking. They have live music every evening.
