PLAN DATE: FRI / DEC. 14
We begin tonight in the Garment District at Italian restaurant, Nittis. Blending fashion and food, Nittis offers an energetic environment reimagining the Noir of the 1950s and New York in the 1980s. The family owners behind the restaurant aimed to bring back beloved personal recipes, featuring modern ingredients and stylized presentations. The father, Will Durollari, comes from a family of culinary professionals whose father was also a restaurateur. The sons, Arben and Kuj Durollari, are the masterminds behind the fashion brand BOND with clients including The Weeknd, Anwar Hadid, and Migos. Together they have brought their artistic aesthetic to the concept, design, and kitchen by collaborating on every aspect of the restaurant. Highlights of the menu include Fagottini Porcini, a reimagined Meatball Parmigiana on a rosemary focaccia panini, and a Florentine style NY Strip Florentina.
After your legit fabulous dinner, take the night up a level as you head to the city’s highest rooftop lounge, Sky Room, offering 360-degree views of Manhattan. Sip on cocktails like the Sao Tropez with Leblon cachaca, limes, strawberry puree, simple syrup, sour mix, and Juliette rose wine while taking in incredible views of the city. Toast to new heights and the evening ahead as you sit back, relax and enjoy a delicious nightcap.
523 9th Avenue, Manhattan
idk tip: The menu also includes an extensive global rotating wine list from Italy, California and France and cocktails featuring specially infused bourbons and vodkas including Captain Crunch and Fruit Loops.
