The Paris Cafe x Watermark Bar

Fancy some Parisian flair? The Paris Cafe is a charming, but laid-back bistro with old-school influence. With antique architecture that feels as timeless as it is refined, the visuals are on par with the edibles, where elevated comfort food is a particularly popular pick (specifically with dishes like cornmeal-dusted calamari and the UK-fave shepherd’s pie). Finding a spot to eat in the city can be tricky with all the competition, but to paraphrase Rick’s immortal words in Casablanca, “We’ll always have the Paris Cafe.”

After dinner, transition to modern vibes at the Watermark Bar. This waterside location is all about impressive views (namely skylines, bridges, and saltwater), crisp architecture (we love the glowing blood orange ceiling and sleek all-glass walls), and refreshing cocktails (aka boat drinks) that go down as smoothly as Watermark’s overall ambiance. We’re especially big fans of the Tipsy Seagull, and not just because it pairs absinthe with Lillet blanc and is named after a drunken bird.
