Jordan's Take

Food/Drinks Rating: 6

The drinks were fantastic. I got the Fisher’s Country Club and Nick got a beer. We also ordered french fries and the ricotta toast. Both were more than underwhelming. Fries came out cold (and also took forever). I must also note that I was annoyed we were unable to order from the kids menu. Just put all the good food items under one menu. Unfair!

Service Rating: 4

The hostess was very sweet and welcoming. But after that, the service totally fell off. A complicated cocktail came 20 minutes+ before Nick’s simple beer. And we couldn’t wave them down as hard as we tried. Therefore, the service was pretty shoddy.

Fun Factor: 8

Look, the reason you come here is because it’s a gorgeous boat with gorgeous views. And good cocktails. Just sit at the bar, take an Instagram or two, and definitely don’t waste your money on the food.

idk tip

Drinks & views, people. Drinks & views.

Nick's Take

Food/Drinks Rating: 6

The french fries went well with my beer, but they didn’t let us order grilled cheese from the kids menu.

Service Rating: 6

The hostess was very friendly and was able to seat us quickly. Unfortunately, the service was extremely slow and our drinks took forever.

Fun Factor: 8

While the food is just okay, and the service is slow, the ambiance is amazing. You’re on an “old, old wooden ship” overlooking downtown Manhattan. Come at sunset and you’ll have the start of a memorable night.

idk tip

Come for drinks. The cocktails are great, but maybe plan to eat somewhere else.
