PLAN DATE: WEDS / JUL. 11
Smith & Mills is a tiny bar and restaurant occupying a former carriage house in Tribeca. As much as we love the solid, well-priced American food, we come here for the atmosphere (romantic af, filled with cool New Yorkers) and the bathroom (#BathroomsOfNewYork). Trust us, you won’t want to head back to the table after checking it out.
But, don’t linger too long in the restroom, because we have quite the interesting affair for the two of you over at The Roxy Hotel’s underground jazz club, Django. Raise your hand if you love any of the following: Paris, super intimate spaces, craft cocktails. We do too. They host live music on Tuesdays-Saturdays (most nights have covers). Jazz starts at 7 and goes “until late”. They do take walk-ins, but reservations are highly recommended.
