Terrace Restaurant x Outdoor Gardens

One thing that sticks more than anything else in New York? Ambition. Chef John Fraser brings his in droves with the introduction of a complex of new dining options inside the luxe new 43-story Edition Hotel. Bringing his Michelin-starred greatness (Chef Fraser’s Nix earned the distinction) to the Terrace Restaurant, an all-American brasserie on the ninth floor of the hotel, he will oversee several food and beverage options. Choose from elegant dining options like bass crudo, cauliflower parmesan, and grilled octopus. The space is meant to serve as Edition Hotel’s go-to, everyday dining option and is inspired by the finest French brasseries and American chophouses.

Step outside for some fresh air and incredible, 360-degree views of the city. Just outside the restaurant are the Outdoor Gardens that will take your breath away. Lush with plants, trees, and ivy, you will feel like you’re one with nature, instead of nine stories high in the middle of Times Square.

Edition Hotel, 701 Seventh Avenue, Manhattan

idk tip: There are plenty of staging areas, including a 30-seat bar in the 14,000 square foot main dining room and an additional space outdoors. Still, since this space is new, it might be prudent to call ahead.
