Trading Post x Pier 17 Concert Series

Start your date off at Trading Post for some dinner and drinks before your night really begins. Trading Post is a beautiful three-floor venue right on the Seaport with happy hour M-F and all-day Saturday and Sunday, 4-7pm and 10pm-close. There’s a lot of room for indoor seating if you feel like you need some blasts of AC, but we highly suggest snagging an outdoor seat on the patio, facing the water. In terms of what to order, people rave about the squid ink pasta with rock shrimp, and ordering a pot of mussels wouldn’t hurt either.

What better way to spend your date night than a concert on a roof, overlooking Manhattan’s waterfront? All summer long, Pier 17, located in South Street Seaport, will host a star-studded season of concerts. Before and after the shows, you can get a quick bite at Fresh Market Hall on the edge of the pier or the newly opened seafood eatery, the Fulton, by chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten. From electronic DJs to singer-songwriters and even Ringo Starr, the line-up of artists is spectacular, so be sure to head on over to TicketMaster to snag some tickets before they’re all sold out.
